super easy to install and use with the Bugaboo Cameleon pushchair. I highly recommend this. We originally had the Peg Perego car seat and adaptor. I thought it was good until we found this one. with the Peg Perego you must balance the baby in the carseat to install one card at a time. then place on the stroller frame. the power adapter is a piece that you install and then you can delete only the car seat on top of the adapter. far superior Setup.
